The "only" deer in Middle Tennessee in 1925 shot in Mitchellville Tennessee.
Subject
Supposedly, due to the low population at the time, it was against the law to hunt and kill deer in 1925 in the middle Tennessee area. Mr. Garnett Hinton, and a possible hunting party, tracked down and killed a deer during this time, taking the infamous picture. Mr. Hinton was later arrested and put on trial for the event. Listen as Larry Hinton tells the story as was told to him by his father.
